This presentation examines real-world techniques for improving the speed of
SQL queries with a focus on the new Oracle11g SQL tuning features. The
topics will include the new SQL workload replay, fully automatic SQL tuning,
the “result cache” hint, new Oracle parameters that affect SQL performance,
and changes to the new Oracle11g CBO costing approach.
